DIY Carbon Fiber Parts

 Well I was able to learn something new last month.  I was able to completely make a carbon fiber part.  I think it turned out well being my first time trying and I already have plans of making revisions to this part and trying again, but for now it will work the way it is.

Air bubble in the resin

Being my first time I made a couple mistakes.  I mixed to much resin for starters.  I also did not use enough infusion matting and the part took forever to wet out and become infused.  The resin actually kicked while the part was still infusing.
